Very basic place, not in a very good condition, 25 min walk from the center. On a positive side: good breakfast and free parking.

I am not sure how two people gave a rating of 1 star. The rate per night is a great deal and the staff was very friendly. I would have given five stars but people were smoking outside and it drifted up to my open window on the fifth floor and made me feel yucky. I can't wait for breakfast in the morning.

Разочарованы гостиницей. Написано, что он в центре - ничего подобного! Отель очень далеко от центра. Минимум 30-40 минут ходьбы. На карте неверно указывают свое расположение. Ремонт сделан давно и очень дешево. Номера изрядно общарпаны и местами даже грязные. Непонятно, их вообще убирают? Слышимость...Соседей по бокам и сверху очень хорошо слышно!!! (ни разу не выспались нормально) С завтраками тоже иногда проблемы. :(

Biju nupat Rēzeknē, tā kā tāds muļķis izmeklējos, bet izrādās, ka Rēzeknē tāds Avitar nemaz nav. Domājat, ko rakstat! Nomainiet adresi, lai cilvēkiem nav velti jābraukā un jāmeklē!!
